short term rental (1 room in 2 bdr place 1-2 months) St Leonards

Hi there,

I am looking for a person to rent out the second room in my apartment which is located in St Leonards (2 min away from the St Leonards train station). It's a 2 bedroom apartment and you would have your own large bathroom, medium sized balcony and medium sized room (fits queensize bed) with built in wardrobes. The apartment is fully furnished, but the vacant room is unfurnished. The room becomes available at the end of November and is available up until the end of the first week of January. Those dates might be negotiable. It is $260 per week plus bills.

The apartment itself is quite spaces and modern, there is a pool outside and a sauna in the building.
