I'm sub-letting my lovely studio apartment for 3 months over summer. It's in paddington, only 15 mins walk to the heart of the City - or to beautiful Centenial Park, and just 15 mins drive to famouse Bondi Beach! busy bus stops and shops just minutes away.

I am renting it fully furnished, but will of course remove my personal stuff (as seen in photos) to give you more space - (I can put a TV and microwave in too if you want them).

place is very quite and private. it has a little balcony, and leafy outlook, it gets lots of morning sun and natural light. there's a cheap laundry room. and plenty of parking on the street.

I want to rent it for the full 3 months - Dec1 to Feb 20. (please don't call if you only want a few weeks). good for couple or single, travellers, or interstate stays.
