My boyfriend and I are going on holiday for 5weeks (from 25th August to 28 September 2008) Yeaaay!!
We’re looking to rent out our biiiiig room (fully furnished - suits 1 or 2 people -  own bathroom with spa) 122, Saunders St in Pyrmont close to the fishmarket.
There is only one other flatmate, a great guy btw.
The room is $340 per week all bills incl. (wifi internet, electricity, water...).
There is also some facilities in the building: gym, spa, sauna, swimming pool.
Due to this short term rental, the whole rent (5x$340= $1,700) wil have to be paid up front.
Inspections available every day from 6.30pm on appointment.
