The townhouse has a front and backyard and is located in a quiet complex 400m from the beach, 200m from bus stop and 3 min walk from shops and restaurants. Ideal room for travellers around Northern beaches.

$70 / night -1 or 2 persons - all included (bed linen, elec&internet)
$300 / week - 1 or 2 persons - all included (bed linen, elec&internet)

Rent includes:
- your furnished room and your bathroom
- high speed internet access (Wifi and network) - people without computer can use our laptop
- unlimited landline calls within Australia
- use of kitchen and all available appliances (fridge,oven,microwave,gas stoven,toaster,fruit juicer,dishwasher, BBQ, blender, ...)
- use of laundry (washing machine & dryer)
- underground parking
- and everything else in the house to relax, enjoy and have fun
