Hi there,
I have a room to rent to 2 reliable, friendly and tidy UK or German girls to share, age 25 and over.
It is in a tidy two bedroom unit with balcony.  5 mins walk to oxford st, Paddington and Centennial Park, and buses to city and bondi which are very regular!
The rent will be $230 per week for the room which includes electricity. No internet available sorry.  The room is available now until at least January 2010 or possibly longer.  Short term ok.
