I will be traveling back to Brazil from 22/12 until 10/03 and I would like to rent my room meanwhile.
It is a really cool flat, all furnished, modern, clean, with lock up garage, storage room, 2 bathrooms, balcony and a massive kitchen.
I live with a Italian couple, they are easygoing and a lot of fun.
I will only charge the actual rent: A$240 per week including bills.
There are wireless internet, and home phone line available (and it is included in those bills, but not for international calls off course ;-D).
Bond: 4 weeks rent.
