Well Furnished and Equipped entire 2 Bedroom Unit in Alexandria in the Inner West of Sydney, AVAILABLE 6th JANUARY 2010.  Approx 7 minutes walk to Erskineville Village and Railway Station, and a further 5 minutes to Newtown restaurants and cafes and 10 mins to city centre by train.  Approx 20-25 minute walk to Sydney University and RPA hospital.

Unit is Older Style and is tidy and quiet with larger style bedrooms and has kitchen utensils for cooking. Towels and linen supplied.  Washing machine and dryer are shared and coin operated.

Accomodation is 1 Queen bed room and 1 twin bed room.

Unit will suit couple or small family who are budget conscious but want comfortable and tidy accommodation close to all city amenities.

The unit is strictly non-smoking and is fitted with detectors.  We regret we cannot rent to smokers.

Minimum stay is 2 weeks to a maximum stay of 3 months.
