HEY, i am renting out my studio for one month over the peak season period while i travel to Nepal.
It is a sweet place, 100 metres from the beach, on the super cool "hall st" on the back of the block north facing (good light and breeze), polished wooden floors, quiet with a big balcony. Fully opening french doors so you can have the balcony full length and open. Full kitchen. Projector and surround sound home theatre system, comes with whatever stuff i leave (cutlery plates etc.)


THE ONLY THING I NEED IS PEOPLE WHO WONT TRASH THE PLACE- Its bondi, its party time and my place is in the absolute middle of it all, i know people will be having good times, but i just need to know my place wont get heaps of noise complaints, broken things and all that jazz.. pretty basic.

anyway, ill post an ad again sometime soon with pics, there will be lots of people interested so to the highest bidder it goes!!! if you wanna wait till i put up pics, then shoot me an email and ill email them to you in a few days/week with them when i post them also.
