Hi all, We will be in England over Xmas and are looking to rent our house. We are just looking to cover the rent. We want to rent it out for the whole 5 weeks but will look at requests for a shorter amount of time:

Inside House: Upstairs
· 1 main bedroom with queen sized bed, built ins and balcony
· 1 single room with single bed
· 1 single room with cot (can be taken down and replaced with single/double mattress)

· Bathroom with shower and bath
Middle floor
· Open lounge/dining room leading on to large balcony with ceiling to floor windows overlooking park. TV, DVD, Stereo etc.

· There is a small grassed backyard with outdoor tables and chairs and clothesline
· Kids park across driveway from the house
