There are a lot of nice cafes, bars, clubs and galleries etc.
Perfect location to fully enjoy Sydney life style.

Fully furnished medium-large size room is available from 14th Oct to 1st
Dec. (date negotiable)
- Room has single bed, bed linen, bed side table, coffee table, wardrobe,
large study desk, desk light, radio & speakers, shelf, mirror
- The town house has nice character. 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen,
dining area, backyard etc.
-Rent $1100/pw within the above 7weeks (need to be paid upfront)
-Bond $200.00 to be returned when you leave
-Rent includes all bills and tolet papers

International house mates !!
(Australian (M*2), Japanese (M), Thai (M)), Swedish (F)  postgraduate
students, design student, work for a fashion magazine etc. Most of us live
here for long time.  Friendly, sociable but also independent. We sometime
throw a party, enjoy Sydney life.
