Hello there, I am looking for one female flatmate to take my bed for about 4 weeks in our lovely shared-bedroom. It is located in Quay st very close to George st. Transport is extremely convenient since Central station is only 5 min walk and the Railway Square Bus Terminal is only across the road.

  5. Ensuite for each room. ( bathrooms within both room)

  9. Paddy's Market for cheap fresh veggie/fruit every Thur-Sun
*I've been living in this bedroom for more than 2 years, hence I treat it as my home; the bedroom is extremly homey. I would appreciate people who love to have a nice bedroom as well as to take care of it, too.
 
The rent is originally $120, but I'm offering $100 as I will pay the $20 for the right person who respects other people and their belongings.
 
This is a share accommodation and we are a bunch of happy, friendly, open minded people all from different countries. We will appreciate our applicants to be friendly, tidy and respectful. Fluent English speakers preferred.
 
All nationalities are more than welcome.
 
 
The fee:
Bedroom
$100/week    (all bills included)
5 weeks Bond which is $500 and $50 for key dep.
 
 
It is available from this Wednesday 20th August for 4 weeks (dates are negociable)
