If the house is valued at around $300,000 for example, we are willing to pay $350,000 plus the high deposit. We will return you $2000 a month. You profit from this way because you end up getting more for the house and it will be easier for you to save for your retirement. It is easier for us because we have the deposit but we want to avoid the high interest rates. This will suit our small family and this will suit a mature home owner to do it this way. We would appreciate the oppurtunity. You can be guranteed we will pay the money back by writing up a contract making a fine system.
