I am a cash buyer looking for a house , free standing or semi in Leichhardt or Lilyfield. I am happy to do some renovation so it doesnt have to be immaculate. I currently rent in Leichhardt and now Want to buy in the area. 1 , 2 or 3 bedrooms is ok , small is fine , weaherboard or brick - even a deceased estate.
