Hi, We are looking for a home in the Tallong area ( Tallong and surrounding areas).
 
Wish List:
  • House with small , medium or large block
  • minimum 2 bedrooms ( but more the better)
  • minimum 1 bathroom ( again more is better) 
  • Carport or garage (this is a wish not have to have)
Must Have:
  • Only "must have" is that at least part of the house is habitable so that we could live on site while doing it up.
The photo in this ad is something along the lines of the type of place we are looking for, but not necessary in as good as condition.
 
As far as weekly repayments go up to $350pw is the maximum that we would find comfortable with, and leave enough to do improvements,etc. Obviously lower the repayments the better.
Currently we do not have any deposit ( all our cash is tied up in current house and interstate business) and would require Vendor Finance 100% - we have an outstanding repayment history with current home (always paid way above minimum payment) and we would either sell or rent out or current home once we find something in Tallong- if we sell would obvioulsy be able to pay a sunstancial amount off principal of this house.
Happy to talk a deal that is of mutual benefit to you and us.
Quick decision, genuine buyers. Will move fast on paperwork. We have used Vendor finance before so understand what is involved and quick process/turnaround.
We will honestly consider any proposition as long as vendor is genuine and prepared to negotiate a good deal for us and them.
