Like to try an alternative lifestyle?  Those with an interest in experiencing  sustainability and therapeutic community are invited to explore the possibilities of sharing my site . I lived for 17yrs within a large established M/O solar powered alternative community of 120 adults and 40 kids directly on the beach and surrounded by National Park.While pursueing my vision of a yoga surf and nature retreat I have accumulated too many extablished buildings gardens etc.for a single person to manage.Id like to travel more and hence downsize my responsibilities.Although their are no official new sites available Im in a situation where id be happy to share my rather large site in near future and can provide a house help to orientate ideally 1 or 2 committed, under 40, high energy people  gardeners or Healers/Teachers .Please note: you cannot buy your way in!
