I am a property investor with a portfolio of properties in NSW and S.E Queensland. I AM NOT AN AGENT. i am a keen property punter and have had success in buying a fair bit of property. I am planning to wind this down now and will be selling off a few places and kicking back. I am happy to help buyers get into their own home or investment property. The property market has been very successful for me and I have many ideas to share with other people keen on owning real estate. I am happy to discuss ways of helping you buy real estate (preferably mine, but doesnt have to be). This could be mutually beneficial as I am looking to sell off up to 10 properties. I only buy good-performing property so each of my properties has some type of "stand-out" benefit. Therefore you will probably find that if you like one of my properties, it will most likely be a much better financial proposition than many other properties for sale.
