Hey guys and girls,

As you all know since July 1, the government is offering rebates for all homes that dont have insulation, or have inadequate insulation.

FIRSTLY WHY INSULATE?
* Theres about an 8-10 degrees difference
* Save between $200-$700 a year in energy costs
* Increase Comfort in Summer and Winter
* Quieter Home All Year Round
*Healtheir and Reduced Greenhouse Gases

The grant is $1600 for home owners and $1000 for Landlords

For example: if it costs you $1450 to insulate, then its covered by the $1600 and you get it for free, but if it costs you $1750 to insulate, then you have to pay only the excess, which is $150

We use only the best materials (Bradford Glasswool, GreenStuf, Tontine Polyester_) and have an environmentally friendly option (Earthwool - a little more expensive) and DONT DO ANY CELLULOSE (cheaper/messier/generally worse)

You have to be careful though, there are new companies taking advantage of the Rebate, who either outsource work to other dodgy non-registered insulation contractors or choose to install cheap insulation products with little or no experience!

Notice: Most Homes built in the last 15 years probably already have it, and all homes built since 2003 should definately have it, and they are not eligible
