I am willing to swap my home in Springwood with someone who has accomodation in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. Some cash adjustment might be appropriate. You might be looking to downsize and buy in the Mountains or just live there for an extended time. This might be a better solution for someone than driving up all the time to look at properties. The location of the house would make it possible for someone to set up a business doing guided bushwalks without even needing a car. I'm looking for a solution to my problem for about 12 months. the house is old with ambience and a nice easy care garden
