We are not a house buying company but a couple struggling to find the place that is the home for us. 
 
Our finance is pre-approved, we're ready to proceed and we are willing to pay market price for the property, we are just waiting to find the right place for us.
 
What we are looking for is:

  • 2 baths (or at least an extra toilet)
  • Open plan living space
  • Rear or side access to the garden
  • Suitable for a small dog
  • Off Street parking preferred but not essential
  • Torrens title house (no strata)
Any condition considered as we are happy to renovate the correct place.  We can also be flexible about settlement dates as we are currently in rental.
