Residents parking in the complex. 8 units in the building. Doctor's surgery on the opposite side, bus at door, 5 minutes walk to train station and shopping centre. Am looking for a 2 bedroom unit/townhouse/villa/ house in any suburb preferably Upper & Lower North Shore & Hills, all other areas also considered. Subject to Government approval.
