wanted

i need a small farm house not to far from town preferablly no neighbours and it must be sorounded by trees. it also needs to be in the mountains as im an artist and i make musical instryuments so quiet is the key word im looking for. id like the place to be rustic or even run down but would love the opportunity to decorate the place in the way id like to. i have a dog so i need to be able to have him there. i also have 2 kids who i see as often as i can so at least 2 bedrooms would be awesome. the place im looking for is basically an old shack or farm shed converted into a weekender but this is the most important part it needs a log fire. i dont mind if theres no electricity or gas but id like it to have running water, tank prefered as town water is full of crap chemicals also id love enough land for a decent vegie garden a few chooks and maybe a game of back yard cricket. thanking you for reading my post and hopefully contacting me about my new accomadation
