If you are purchasing a property that includes a used swimming pool, contact us for a comprehensive specialised report on your new pool, usually in your hand within 48 hours. 
 
When you phone us we will contact the real estate/vendor to make an appointment and inspect the pool on your behalf. Then we will provide you with a  specialized report comprising of two or three pages of clear concise information on the state of the pool structure and associated equipment.Your report will not only point out any areas of concern, but will also list an estimation to repair each flagged item.
Currently we see only about 5% of pools without some concern, large or small.
