The room is $800 per calendar month and this includes all bills inc. Foxtel full package.

The house is very light and sunny and has beautiful gardens and massive veranda. The house is fully furnished (room not, but bed can be included if required). Plenty or street parking on a very quiet and safe street. Current occupants include 1 couple and 3 singles (male) age ranges 20-30. Music is a big thing in our house so muso's very welcome - band room facility under house. Share bathroom with the 3 single males.

The house is a 20 min walk or 2 minute drive to Gordon trainstation. Regular buses to train station Mon-Fri 7-9am + evenings. 25min train ride to CBD.

A smaller room could be offered for $700 p/m [no BIW's] - if required.
