I have a spacious 3 brm Dept of Housing townhouse in an over 45y.o. and older  block in Woonona.  All bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs, with an extra toilet downstairs next to lock up garage.  Large kitchen and laundry.  Front and back enclosed private courtyards.  Close to shopping centre and public transport, on a spacious spread out block with escarpment views.

I need to find a 2 brm villa in older people block or 2 brm stand alone cottage, preferably in this Illawarra area.  Am not considering offers in South West of Sydney.
