Date Listed: 17/08/2008 Greetings, We have an upstairs bedroom available. The room comes furnished (bed, built-ins, sides, sofa, vanity table, TV) and the house is in the Homebush/Strathfield area. There are 2 of us living at house - we're both single professionals, 27 and 19 respectively. We are looking for a third - someone who is would be clean, sociable, honest, reliable and fun to be around. And preferably single and drama-free like us too, we definitely DO NOT want to share with mating couples. We have a small backyard with a BBQ area and plenty of room for the occasional get together. We enjoy sitting outside, we re interested in just about everything related to culture, arts, cinema, music etc, enjoy a nice meal and a laugh. Rent is quite cheap for the room + full use of all facilities ($170 pw). Bills (including water, electricity and other utilities) are negotiable - a flat fee of about $5 or $10. A bond is not required. A very quiet and leafy area with access to public transport (5 mins to rail station) and a short walk to a small shopping area with cafe and large supermarket etc. Any length of stay is fine.
