3 Bedroom House in Doonside , Nsw 2767 for Exchange/Swap. I have a nice 3 bedroom brick house. 5 Minutes walk from Doonside train station. Very private house. No neighbours at the front, a business on one side and no neighbours on the other. Very good location seperate from other department of housing. Carport, big backyard, seperate toilet and bathroom. I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house or unit in Merrylands, Granville, Auburn, Parramatta, Westmead, Wentworthville, Toongabbie, Lidcombe, Clyde, Ashfield and some City areas, Chester Hill and Fairfield...All other sydney areas may be considered except Liverpool to Campbelltown and Mt Druitt areas. I like to live in peace and do not like loud neighbours and noise. My home is very nice and very private and peaceful and I will only consider swapping with someone that has the same. Im near supermarkets, dentists and doctors primary schools and high schools. If your interested and you have what I am looking for please reply with the details of your place and contact details.
