Both private and DoH houses in street.  Quiet neighbours.  House is clean, undamaged and smoke-free in the 6 years I have lived here. Major stores in town incl Aldi, Big W. New hospital plus separate medical centres, movie theatre, clubs. Community bus avail to pick up and deliver pensioners door to door at nominal fee if don't have a car.

 

WANT 2br house/villa on CENTRAL COAST or OUTER SYDNEY. Need to move closer relatives and medical specialist.
