I have a 3 bedroom 2 storey townhouse in Wentworthville, with fenced backyard, small front yard with gates.  In a street of 7 other townhouses.  The townhouse is in good / fair condition and DOH have been out in the last month and we are getting a new kitchen, bathroom, carpet and painting however we are not sure when this will occur.  The townhouse is located at the beginning of a housing estate however as we are in a street up the beginning we are isolated from the estate.

Looking for a 2br freestanding house one level house.  Consider areas: Parramatta, Ryde, Gladesville, Dundas, suburbs up to the city and eastern suburbs.  Surrounding areas possibly also.
