Small, secure, dry, workshop/warehouse space required URGENTLY on a long term basis. Must be accessible 24/7. Good lighting preferable.
 
Primary use - wood carving. All carvings are done by hand, there is however the occasional use of small power tools. In saying that the noise levels are minimal.
 
Carspace/parking would be ideal but not essential.
 
Will pay up $110 per week, but price is negotiable for the right type of space.
 
Preferably Inner West - Marrickville/Dulwich Hill areas.
