Studio space wanted

 
I am looking for a studio space in the Eastern suburbs or Surrey Hills, Glebe or Newtown from which to establish a singing studio business.  I previously ran a successful studio in Melbourne amongst other businesses such as graphic artists, fashion designers and music producers.  I would like a space that is well lit and of reasonable size. Most of my weekly lessons are a one-on-one basis so are not too noisy. I would be willing to do some sound proofing if need be. If you have a suitable space please email  lisa@aria.ac
