State of the art space for digital artist. Includes broadband, electricity, and outgoings. Secure modern glass building with plenty of inspiration, including water and bird life in the lake and terraced gardens- see pictures. Also numerous potential clients in building and surrounding buildings.

Banks like CBA in same building, NAB St George, WP, Shops restaurants, at the location, great coffee shops.

You will be working in the same studio is an illustrator and designer in publishing and film.

If you work as an artist illustrator or designer or in related fields. Also if you like the idea of drawing and lunch time excursions to practice your drawing skills you will love it here. There is no bond and no contract to lock you in, unless you prefer it. Just bring your computer and plug it in and you are ready to go. Minimum stay one month.

Also one car space available for an additional $50 pw or $25 if two desk spaces are used. First in first served.
