The office is 98sqm internally with full kitchen (fridge, toaster, coffee machine, sandwhich press, oven etc) own bathroom with shower, breakout space and 8 seat boardroom with conference phone facility. There's also loads of storage space and a few plants that I suspect need watering.
 
There is a 22sqm sunny balcony with twelve seat meeting area and BBQ
 
Currently there are four of us and another three space desks which we're looking to rent out either individually or as a group.
 
Other features include ADSL2+, wireless and ethernet network, colour mono and photo printing, a couple of scanners a few faxes + massive of storage space on our web enabled server. The only thing we're not supplying is chairs.
 
The office is freshly painted, has new carpet and populated my mainly friendly happy people althought the general feeling is that Alan needs a haircut.
