Hi, we are looking for a new rental property to move into as the home owners of our rental property are wanting to move back into their home,we need at least a three bedroom home, two decent sized living area's modern kitchen and bathroom good sized bedroom's fully fenced back yard as we have one seven year old child and another on the way would prefer not to be near any main roads we can provide exellent references from the realestate we are currently renting through, we are a very homely family and  take great care and pride in any home we live in, the areas we want are morisset, dora creek, cooranbong, anything close or surrounding those areas would be great, so if we sound like the family you would like to look after your home please get in contact with us thanks. We are willing to pay $250.00 to $350.00 rent plus bond up front
