Hi we are three UK females, who are on four year business visas relocating to sydney.  We're looking for a nice flat (preferably furnished but it doesn't matter if it's not) near one of the eastern beaches (Bronte, Coogee or Bondi Beach).
 
We've all lived with each other previously, are responsible (Teacher, 2x Managers) and are able to give references from our previous landlord if required. 
 
I'll be moving down from queensland on the 4th September and we're looking for a lease to start around the 19th-20th Setpember.
