Your own large room with ensuite and mirrored built in wardrobe

The room:

Big, sunny, well ventilated, own ensuite with separate bath tub and shower and mirrored, built-in wardrobe. There's a single bed in there at the moment that you can use or that I can get rid of.

The flat:

Large, sunny, spacious, fully furnished with internal laundry, BBQ on the balcony.. and I also have a Wii. There's off-site parking and a small swimming pool downstairs for those hot summer days. It's a 10 minute walk to Flemington station and a 30 minute trip into the city.

Your flat mate:

I'm Shireen, Australian, 25 years old, working full time in the city as a recruitment consultant. I'm friendly, easy going, am busy most of the week with work, the gym and the piano (don't worry I turn the volume down low), and spend weekends with my boyfriend going out, or having a night in with a bottle of wine and some movies. I'll respect your space but I ideally want someone I can share the occasional meal or intelligent conversation with. Oh, and I have a 3 year old cat named Chloe who is the sweetest, craziest cat you'll ever met. :)
