We're looking for good female flatmate of us.
It is a own room which has wardrobe,tv,dvd,dest,chair,bed.
 
Price - single room for $135 pw / double or couple room for $95 each other.
our house 6rooms 2bath very big house.
 
The room comes furnished (bed, side cabinets, vanity table, TV, stereo etc)
and the house is in the Homebush/Starthfield area.
 
It take 15 minute to city by train it’s not far
We have a big backyard with a BBQ area and plenty of room for the occasional get together.
 
We're interested in just about everything related to culture, arts, cinema, music etc, enjoy a nice meal and a laugh.
 
The type of people we are looking for would be honest, reliable, and fun to be around.
 
Rent includes full use of all facilities.

Homebush is a very quiet and leafy area with access to public
transport (5 mins to Flemington rail station) and a short walk to a small shopping area with cafe
and large supermarket etc. Any length of stay is fine.
