Wanted: Wanted: Perth couple looking for a room near the beach

G’day,

My girlfriend and I are looking for a room to rent in either Manly or Bondi (any where near the beach really..) for the next 6 months. We are both laid back professionals in Sydney after traveling through Europe for the last 2 years. We are both pretty active and don’t mind the occasional beer or cider over the weekend. We will be spending most of our time on the beach (as we are going back to Scotland after Sydney). A furnished place would be preferred but if not I am sure we can source some furniture. We are probably looking at a spending a maximum of $400/wk on rent.
