Wanted: Wanted - 4 bdrm house Kurrajong/Bowen Mountain/Kurmond/Colo etc.

Hi, I'm after a 4 bedroom home to rent for myself and 4 children (ages 4 - 16). We have two dogs (plus birds and guinea pig!) I'm a non-smoker and home owner, but want to rent my own home (at Freemans Reach) out to family members, as I would prefere a quieter, more rural (or bush) location. I am not fussed about a fancy house, but would prefer somewhere that doesn't have neighbours on all three sides, or on a very large block or even better an acre or so. I will have no trouble paying $400 p/w rent as I will be recieving that from my own home.

References available, I love to garden and keep house!
