Single, professional female, Irish, late twenties, seeking room/unit for short term rental/housesitting from mid-November. I am reliable, clean and tidy. No problem looking after plants and pets etc. I can provide references should they be required. ($150-200 per week inc bills). Ideally would like a rental till mid - January. However am happy to take shorter periods, am flexible on dates.
