Room for rent in a modern house in Parramatta, facilities the house includes are, air conditioning/central heating, spa bath in the main bathroom, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and 3 bathrooms. In a great location only 5 – 10 mins walk to Westfields Parramatta, also close to public transport 5 – 10 mins walk to Parramatta station and a 2 mins walk to the bus stop.

Person we are looking for is someone who is working/uni or at least does something not looking for a couple but its ok if you have a partner, want some one long-term at least 3 months Must be Gay friendly and also some one who can clean up after them self, smokers are ok but we do smoke outside also some one who fits in as most of the house is young and outgoing but at the same time all do our own thing. There are 4 other people that live here 2 guys and 2 girls.
