Port Stephens Budget Accommodation is 5 minutes to Newcastle Airport, Local Wineries in Port Stephens and the Hunter Valley, Local Beaches, Dolphin and Whale watching and cruises, Views, Bush Walking, 4wd access to beach and sand dunes (Permit Required), Sahara horse trails, Golf courses, Tennis Courts & Go fishing just 500 meters down the road, much more to see and do with Public transport nearby.
We accept cash, cheque and direct deposit, or credit cards only accepted by PayPal via the internet (no direct credit card payments available). Early check in or late check out if available requires prior confirmation and advice will be given of associated charges.

Monday to Thursday from $65 per night per couple
Friday to Sunday from $85 per night per couple
Weekly Rates from $515 per couple
Accommodation and rates are based for Couples (maximum 2 people).
All confirmed bookings require a 50 percent deposit, balance to be paid 7 days prior to check in or cash at Check in.
Limited Breakfast and Dinner menu available upon prior arrangement. We apologise as we do not cater for special dietary needs.

Terms and Conditions
All Cancellations will attract a 50 percent fee of total booking. This shall be deducted from the deposit and paid via Direct Deposit or PayPal to your nominated account. No refund will be given if notice is given within 7 days of start of accommodation. Terms and conditions are subject to change, any questions should be asked at time of booking. If booking through a 3rd party agency a booking fee will be added of no more than 10 percent of the total.
No liability is accepted for any injury, debt, damage, loss, delay, expense or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by events beyond the agent or owners control. No responsibility is taken for guest personal property left on or near the premises. It is recommended that guests take out personal property insurance or adequate travel insurance should any unexpected situations arise before or during your travel period.
All guests are responsible for any loss or damage arising from breakages or other damage to the Cabin or property during their stay, including any additional cleaning, removal of excess garbage, repairs or replacement of items in the cabin or property. This property is privately owned. Please respect the owners property and do not move furniture around. A fee may be charged should this occur.
A current drivers licence or passport with photo I.D will need to be presented at check in and a photo copy will be retained during your stay, this will be destroyed after check out and no personal details will be retained from the photo copy.
