A bright, neat, clean and fully furnished room in the heart of Newtown, for one person, but is also large enough for 2 people to share. The room will be available from the 22nd of Nov 2009, for 4 to 6 wks.

The house is located near Chelmsford street in a quite area, close to Newtown station 2mins walk, and 3 mins walk to Kings st where all the restaurants and pubs are.
The rent is $230 for one person or $ 300 for 2 people ($150 per person) all bills are included, share kitchen and bathrooms with 1 other house mate. The house and the room is fully furnished, with a queen-size bed, build in closet, with desk and chair. The house has a TV, DVDs and stereo, Kitchen is well equipped, and we also have a garden in the backyard as well. My room mate work late at night so you’ll have the house all to yourself 5 days a week pretty much.
