Hi,
 
I am looking for a flatmate to rent with me in Chippendale. It's a two bedroom, one bathroom apartment with a big lounge, internal laundy and modern kitchen. It's $210 a week plus bond approx $800.
 
I am a 25 year old female who works in communciations. Looking for a flatmate who is clean, reliable paying the rent and respectiful of flatmates space, however is also social and enjoys a laugh.
 
Ideally would like someone who is keen to stay on for a year or so if it works out.
 
Apartment is very close to Broadway shopping centre, UTS and Central station.
