It makes the perfect environment for bbq's and small gatherings. The Balcony has a beautiful view overlooking the green valley between Manly Vale, Manly and Balgowlah.

From the apartment is a 5 minute bike ride into the hart of Manly.

There is a bus stop 1 minute walk for the apartment where can take busses to the city.

There is a Supermarket 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

The Apartment will be $420.00 per week + $1200.00 bond.
