A young family of 4 is looking to move to Jervis Bay area.

Do you have a house for rent but want only the top class tenants that are guaranteed to look after your property?

We are a young family with two children (girl 4 and boy 1), have sold our unit in Sydney and want to move to Huskisson, Vincentia or Culburra Beach in Jervis Bay area to provide our children with a better environment to grow up.

We are non smokers and have no pets. Last time we rented for 2 years before owning our own property, the place was left in a perfect condition.

We are looking for a clean 3 or more bedroom house for a 12 months lease, and are willing to pay for a deserving property up to $350 a week.

We do have our own furniture. However, if your house is furnished, let us know, we may be able to sell some of our furniture and store the rest.
