I am student at Sydney University going into my final year of study next year. I'm from the country, and really need to find somewhere to live next year! I'm after a studio or 1 bedroom flat that has its own kitchen facilities - I don't mind sharing a bathroom. I require laundry facilities as well, but I don't mind shared laundry facilities. Simple and direct transport to Sydney Uni would be great but at this point I'm considering anything and everything! Parking is a big plus! Don't mind if its covered or not or just on street. Oh and I don't mind whether it's furnished or not.

About me: I don't smoke, don't have pets, very responsible and reliable person, clean and tidy, 20 years old and female.

If you think you have somewhere suitable for me and its available in around February next year (2010) please let me know asap either by email or on 0447821004. Also if you do have something suitable, I will be in Sydney till mid-December and would like to meet you and inspect properties - I am willing to make a deposit in advance.
