We are a pretty quiet couple (most of the time) and quiet neat.
 
We are keen to get someone to move into the second bedroom as the appartment is large and its quiet empty at the moment.
 
LOCATED in homebush west, opposite the flemington market and 5min walk to station. Close to shops and DFO.
 
The price is $150 which includes bills, internet and also a secured car park. The price is not negotiable as its fairly cheap already.
 
The room itself is medium size it has a new bed and inbuilts.
