Hi i am looking for a professional clean respectful FEMALE flatmate to share with just myself  in my 2 bedroom apartment in waterloo, 10  mins from central. This unit is in the meriton apartment complex and is high style living. The complex has  POOL, SPA and SAUNA  facilities and a CAR SPACE as well as visitors parking for guests. And regular bus services across the road.
 
I am a mature cool down to earth person who studies music and works the majority of the week so i am very busy so therfore require a quiet flatmate who can repect peace and quiet wen i am home and ultimately become a friend :) female students may apply.
The room isnt furnished but the appartment is. It is $230per week and 4 weeks bond UPFRONT.
