Holiday home for December. It is a double storey house with two bedrooms.  The main bedroom and bathroom is upstairs with a king size bed.  There is also a double bed sleeper couch.  A TV lounge is also upstairs with DSTV etc and both rooms lead out onto a balcony.
 
Downstairs is a bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom and a TV as well.
 
The house is open plan with a lovely kitchen, that also has a TV in to watch while you are cooking etc.
 
The downstairs also leads out onto covered deck overlooking the pool and stunning garden (fully automated watering system) and is divine to sit on in the late afternoons.
 
Anyone interested in golf, the Clovelly Golf Course is 2 min away, and 5 mins from Fish Hoek Beach.  R1000 pd for 2 people or R1200 pd for 4 people
