Hi,
 
I have one big roon to rent out in artarmon within 5 mins to artarmon train station. The house is situated on a great street with large backyard. the house as 2 bedrooms with lounge/dining room combine and bathroon and separated laundry. On street parking. must like dogs as i have a small dog. 190-200 rent is neg + slipt bills(electricity). i need someone that is going to pay rent on time and would prefer someone with a full time job. male or female fine and any age. house is quite old.but is great as it is close to everything. Couples are welcome but would cost $30 more per week.
 
Very lay back house. The room isnt furnised but the rest of the house is. If you can't live without something im sure we can make room :)
